We learn how you train and review your floor plan, facility requirements and zoning.

Proposal And Quote

We recommend a flooring system for your facility and training style, then quote the full scope, supply through to install.

Design And 3D Render

Once your deposit is in, we design the layout, markings and branding, then render it in 3D so you approve exactly what goes down.

Manufacture

Made to your specification. Lead time is confirmed at quote, typically 6 to 8 weeks from design sign-off.

Install

We manage delivery and installation through to handover.

Aftercare

We stay on after handover for support and anything you add down the track.

What happens in the facility consult? +
We learn how you train, look over your plan and talk through what the floor needs to do in each area. You come away knowing what your space needs and what it will roughly involve. The consult is complimentary and comes with no obligation.
Who do you work with? +
Commercial facilities from 100m². Strength and performance facilities, boutique gyms, franchise groups, elite sports clubs and schools.
What does a project typically cost? +
Projects start from $5,235 inc GST for 100m², supply only, with installation quoted separately. From there, pricing scales with the specification and level of customisation, and every project is quoted to its full scope after the consult.
When do I see a 3D render? +
After you’ve approved the quote and paid the deposit. That’s when we design your layout, markings and branding in detail and render it for your sign-off before manufacture.
Which flooring do you supply? +
FLEXROLL, FLEXROLL+, FLEXLOCK, FLEXTURF and NEXUS, plus acoustic underlay systems. Most facilities use a combination matched to the work in each zone. Submit the form and we’ll send you our full range and flooring brochure.
Can you put branding and markings into the floor? +
Yes. We use precision machining to inlay branding and markings directly into the flooring surface. Using coloured EPDM rubber, we can achieve fine detail and a wide range of colours. Because it’s laid into the surface rather than printed on top, it holds up under heavy daily use. Turf is fully customisable in size, branding, markings, colours and layout. Send us your artwork as a high-res PDF and we’ll set it into your floor layout. You’ll see it in your 3D render and approve the placement, size and colours before anything is manufactured.
How long does it take? +
Manufacture is typically 6 to 8 weeks from design sign-off. Install time depends on the size of the space, and we confirm the full timeline in your quote.
Where do you install? +
Nationwide. We manage delivery and installation anywhere in Australia.
What do I need to send? +
A PDF floor plan, or a sketch with all room dimensions. We’ll email you asking for it once you submit the form, so we can review it before the consult.
Do you only do flooring? +
No. RECON designs, manufactures and installs complete training facilities, including rack systems and strength equipment. Flooring is often where a build starts.
